Official Cold Weather Policy

Class will be canceled if it's colder than -35F at the Fairbanks International Airport webpage for Fairbanks on or before 4pm the day of an evening class or by 12pm (noon) for Sunday daytime classes and practices.
For those without internet access during the day, you may call 844 (TIme and Temp.) to confirm temperature.

Please note the temperature that "Time and Temp" tends to be between 5 or so degrees different/warmer than what the Fairbanks International Airport reports. If you are unsure, please verify with either the Fairbanks International Airport or the call the studio number for verification.

Additionally, class cancelations will be announced on our website, our class email list and on the Fairbanks Belly Dancer Yahoo Group no later than 5pm the day of class.

In the case of a class cancelation, a makeup class may be scheduled either during a regularily scheduled Open Studio or at the instructor's discretion. This information will be provided on our website, our class email list and on the Fairbanks Belly Dancer Yahoo Group with 24 hours of the class cancelation.
